Qi et al. reported quantum dots (QDs) or cell-penetrating magnetic nanoparticles-mediated JAM-2 knockdown facilitated inhibition of glioma cell migration, and JAM-2 gene targeted the Notch pathway and regulated cytoskeleton remodeling and migration associated protein gene expression (Qi et al., 2013; Qi et al., 2014).
