Anti-JAM-C antibodies reduced migration of normal and malignant JAM-C-expressing B cells to bone marrow, lymph nodes, and spleen by blocking adhesion of JAM-C-expressing B cells to ligand JAM-B (Doñate et al., 2013) and impaired lymphoma B-cell homing to supportive lymphoid microenvironments by driving the MAPK signaling pathway (Doñate et al., 2016).
