HLA-DPB1-specific TCR-transduced CD4+ T and CD8+ T cells were strongly effective against primary AML blasts in vitro; however, in vivo, only DPB1 TCR-CD4+ T cells showed high-efficacy in the eradication of AML blasts in xenograft NOD SCID gamma mice (49).
