Surprisingly, our results showed that the combined detection of NLR, PNI, D-D, CD3+ T, and CEA for colorectal cancer screening had an AUCROC of 0.943, a sensitivity of 84.49%, a specificity of 91.00%, and a Youden index of 0.75, and its screening efficacy was significantly superior to that of a single detection. The gene discussed is CEACAM5; the disease is colorectal cancer.
