As described earlier, a Kaplan–Meier survival analysis indicated that elevated expression levels of BST2 (p = 0.034), OGFR (p = 0.014), PSMD3 (p = 0.021), and THBS1 (p = 0.014) were associated with a poor prognosis in AML, and low expression levels of MPO (p < 0.001), CALR (p = 0.030), and CDK6 (p = 0.045) were associated with a poor OS (Figure 7A). Here, BST2 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
