qPCR results showed that ILs (including IL-1β, IL-4, IL-10, IL-6, IL-12, and IL-17A) were markedly up-regulated in dKO BM-derived CD103+ cDC but not TNF-α, TGF-β, and IFN-γ compared with WT mice (Fig. S6A–I), indicating the participating of both pro-inflammation and anti-inflammation cytokines in liver cirrhosis but the changes of pro-inflammation cytokines in dKO mice were more vigorous than anti-inflammation cytokines which might participate in the impairment of liver function.
