These data indicate that upregulated transcriptional levels of ISG15, MMP1, TRPA1, KRT19, and PLAU and decreased expression of FMO3, COL14A1, FMO2, TIMP3, and SLITRK6 are highly associated with unfavorable overall survival of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, ISG15 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
