We computed three linear multiple regressions one for each dependent variable (MMSE, CDT and SPPB) to analyze the association among neurocognitive/functional scores with genetic variables, HIV-related characteristics (CD4+ T cell count and percentage, nadir of CD4+ T cell count, CD8+ T cell count and zenith of CD8+ T cell count, years on ART and previous virologic failures to ART), clinical history (hypertriglyceridemia, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, liver disease, kidney disease, cancer and BMI) and demographic data (age). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and liver disorder.
