CDK2 and melanoma: Xiong et al. [43] reported that miR-550a-3p was one of the most upregulated miRNAs in plasma extracellular vesicles from melanoma patients compared to healthy individuals, and that a signature consisting of high expression levels of miR-550a-3p, CDK2, and POLR2A and low expression levels of miR-150-5p was associated with reduced overall survival of melanoma patients.
