TNF-α, as an NF-kB upstream regulator, is one of the most important pro-inflammatory cytokines involved in acute stage inflammatory responses and has also emerged as a key mediator for the pathogenesis development of psoriasis [33], so we focused on this mediator and investigated the protective effects of PNU-282987 on TNF-α-induced inflammatory signaling pathway activation in keratinocytes. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is psoriasis.
