Down-regulation of CLN3, CTSD, and NAGLU in TET2 CD cells was further confirmed by RT-qPCR analysis, and expression of these three genes was shown to be anticorrelated with TET2 expression levels in the breast cancer TCGA cohort of patients (n = 1,218), validating our in vitro observations (Figs 5B and C and S4B and C). This evidence concerns the gene TET2 and breast carcinoma.
