For 214 cases of glioma, Univariate analysis by the Kaplan–Meier survival analysis showed that the following prognostic factors exhibited an effect on OS (Figure 7): age (χ2 = 28.456, p < 0.001), tumor location (χ2 = 9.051, p = 0.003), WHO classification (χ2 = 129.325, p < 0.001), selection of operation method (χ2 = 7.418, p = 0.006), recurring (χ2 = 59.024, p < 0.001), Ki-67 (χ2 = 46.002, p < 0.001), p53 (χ2 = 5.177, p = 0.023), MT1-MMP (χ2 = 11.647, p = 0.001), β1-integrin (χ2 = 11.392, p = 0.001), and YAP1 (χ2 = 12.464, p = 0.001). Here, TP53 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
