Studies on the correlation between the expression of JAG1 and clinicopathological indicators showed that the expression of JAG1 was significantly correlated with tumour size and number, and tumour thrombus formation, but not associated with gender, age, hepatitis B virus infection, Child-Pugh class, alpha fetoprotein level and tumour stage and grade (Table 2). The gene discussed is AFP; the disease is hepatitis B virus infection.
