We found that the IFI27 immunohistochemistry score was positively correlated with PABPC1, with approximately 78.3% of tumor tissues (83/106) with high IFI27 expression showing high PABPC1 staining, and 59.5% (50/84) of those with low IFI27 expression displaying low PABPC1 staining (Fig. 4J).
