Tran et al. (2014) have reported that the NF-κB signaling pathway is activated when CHI3L1 expression is increased. Choubey et al. (2019) reported that NF-κB is activated in restraint stress-induced anxiety status and that the degrees of anxiety and NF-κB activation are proportional. Zhu et al. (2018) also reported that CUMS dramatically activates NF-κB signaling, suggesting NF-κB plays a significant role in anxiety behavior. Here, CHI3L1 is linked to Anxiety.
