In addition, comparing clinicopathological factors of high and low miR-106b-5p expression groups (Table 1), we found that high miR-106b-5p expression positively correlated with tumor size (χ2 = 4.263; P=0.039), α-fetoprotein (AFP) (χ2 = 4.097; P=0.043), and hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) (χ2 = 9.996; P=0.002).
