The most common cancer types where FGFR2 fusion was detected were GC (N = 7, 46.7%), followed by common bile duct (CBD) cancer (N = 5, 33.3%), HCC (N = 1, 6.7%), pancreatic cancer (N = 1, 6.7%), and sarcoma (N = 1, 6.7%) (Figures 3(a) and 3(b)). Here, FGFR2 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
