After transfection of miR-197-3p in C666-1R and HK-1R cells, immunofluorescence revealed that miR-197-3p could inhibit the expression of HSPA5, and the protein LC3B related to autophagy in NPC cells, indicating that miR-197-3p could reduce HSPA5-related autophagy (Figure 6E).
