DLGAP1-AS1 was higher in WHO IV glioma than in WHO II and WHO III gliomas (Figure 4(a)), higher in WHO III glioma than in WHO II glioma samples (Figure 4(a)), higher in IDH1 wildtype glioma than in IDH1-mutant glioma samples (Figure 4(b)), higher in 1p/19q noncodeletion glioma than in 1p/19q codeletion glioma samples (Figure 4(d)), and higher in glioma patients older than 42 than glioma samples younger than 42 years old (Figure 4(f)). The gene discussed is DLGAP1; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
