ANLN and familial pancreatic carcinoma: By analyzing ANLN expression levels using the GTEx portal, CCLE database, and TCGA database, we confirmed that ANLN was overexpressed in various cancers compared with adjacent normal tissues and we also showed that ANLN played an important role as a prognostic marker of various cancers, agreeing with those previous reports on lung cancer [26], pancreatic cancer [13], and breast cancer [15].
