Among the evaluated genes that are frequently mutated in myeloid malignancies, mutations in the FLT3 (59% vs. 15%, P < 0.0001), NPM1 (38% vs. 4%, P < 0.0001), IDH1 (15% vs. 0%, P = 0.007), and WT1 genes (13% vs. 2%, P = 0.04) were more frequently observed in engrafted patients than in those with engraftment failure (Fig. 1). This evidence concerns the gene WT1 and myeloid neoplasm.
