Overall, the rates of thrombocytopenia (38.5% vs. 11.4%, P = 0.048), peripheral sensory neuropathy (46.2% vs. 14.3%, P = 0.048), and ALT/AST increase (38.5% vs. 8.6%, P = 0.025) were higher in CD8+ cell > 20% patients (Fig. 3D). Here, CD8A is linked to sensory peripheral neuropathy.
