IL1B and hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy: The level of IL-6 and IL-1β expression in the splenic tissue was significantly lower (p < 0.05) in the group that had received CIP–MSN, as compared with the other treatment and control groups; the most pronounced downregulation in the level of IL-6 (about a 0.3-fold reduction) was noticed at 14 d postinfection.
