In biodistribution studies, 68Ga-labeled PSMA-927 showed high tumor accumulation of 4.13 ± 0.15% ID/g at 1 h p.i., which was reduced but statistically still comparable to the tumor uptake of [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-617 (8.47 ± 4.09% ID/g, p > 0.5) (Figure 4A, Supplemental Table S2 and Table S3, Supplementary Materials) [1]. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and neoplasm.
