A statistically significant increase of the FZD7 expression levels (versus control) was found in the protein content extracted by plasma-derived exosome of patients affected by NAFLD with moderate (** p < 0.005) and severe (* p < 0.0001) steatosis before intervention (T0), while a decrease was observed for the same patients after the administration of therapy (T2) (Figure 2A,B). This evidence concerns the gene FZD7 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
