Immunofluorescence analysis using antibodies against different NET markers showed that there were NETs in the cavernoma in the cerebellum of these Ccm3iECKO mice (Fig. 7A, B), but not for the wild-type controls (Supplemental Fig. 11), as seen for Ly6g and MPO (neutrophil marker) and citrulline histone H3. The gene discussed is MPO; the disease is cavernous hemangioma.
