In conclusion, our study elucidates the regulatory mechanism that circ_0055412 regulated EIF4A3/CAPG axis and miR‐330‐3p/NFATC3/Wnt/β‐catenin pathway to promote cisplatin resistance of glioma cells, which might provide the theoretical and practical basis for glioma therapy. This evidence concerns the gene NFATC3 and central nervous system cancer.
