FCGR1A and Sepsis: Based on the data from GSE65682, we explored associations between the potential core genes and sepsis outcomes, Survival analysis showed that the genes TLR5, FCGR1A and ELANE whose expression was upregulated in sepsis, and the genes GNLY, IL2RB and TGFBR3, whose expression was downregulated in sepsis, were significantly associated with sepsis outcomes, Higher expression of the genes TLR5, FCGR1A, GNLY, IL2RB and TGFBR3 was associated with the better the clinical outcomes in patients with sepsis (P < 0.05).
