Upon coculture with K562 cells, an erythroleukemia cell line that lacks HLA-I expression [69], ITNKs were induced to secrete proinflammatory cytokines, including GM-CSF, IFN-γ and TNF-α (Fig. 4B), and lyse K562 cells (Fig. 4C). The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is erythroleukemia.
