Previous network pharmacological studies had also found that AR and MYC could play a key role in the process of viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer (Huang et al., 2012) and inhibit the expression of AR (Kur et al., 2020), JUN (Vogt, 2001), and MYC (Wu et al., 2020), which reduce the occurrence of liver cancer. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and animal viral hepatitis.
