We displayed 30 pathways significantly enriched with GFPT2 that were associated with important tumor-related pathways, including pathways in cancer, Focal adhesion, Adhersion molecules cams, ECM receptor interaction, JAK-STAT signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway (Figures 2A–E), suggesting that GFPT2 may play important function in tumorigenesis and progression of colon cancer. This evidence concerns the gene GFPT2 and colonic neoplasm.
