We displayed 30 pathways significantly enriched with GFPT2 that were associated with important tumor-related pathways, including pathways in cancer, Focal adhesion, Adhersion molecules cams, ECM receptor interaction, JAK-STAT signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway (Figures 2A–E), suggesting that GFPT2 may play important function in tumorigenesis and progression of colon cancer. The gene discussed is GFPT2; the disease is malignant colon neoplasm.
