GFPT2 and neoplasm: Interestingly, in addition to GFPT2 high expression enriching lots of tumor-related pathways, increased GFPT2 expression also enriched a large number of immune-related pathways, including Chemokine signaling pathway, Cytokine cytokine receptor interaction, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, NOD-like receptor signaling pathway, Natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity, B cell receptor signaling pathway and T cell receptor signaling pathway (Figure 2A).
