The C-A-G, C-G-A, T-A-A, and T-G-G haplotypes in the TLR9 gene polymorphism were associated with increased odds of AML (adjusted OR [95% CI]:1.87 [1.10, 3.19], 5.54 [1.16, 26.51], 2.01 [1.24, 3.28], 3.31 [1.06, 10.34], respectively) when the T-A-G haplotype was the considered reference (Table 4). Here, TLR9 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
