The comparison of RF-positive RA patients with healthy controls revealed an activation of the coagulation system (p = 3.98 × 10−11), the intrinsic prothrombin activation pathway (p = 8.70 × 10−09) and the GP6 signaling pathway (p = 0.0009); and inhibition of the LXR/RXR pathway (p = 5.01 × 10−21), production of NO and ROS in macrophages (p = 2.57 × 10−08) and maturity onset diabetes of young (MODY) signaling (p = 2.29 × 10−06) (Figure 5B).
