Extensive qPCR analysis of 26 genes revealed, among others, MCS to AD expression depletion of four genes (VEGFA, AKT1, MTOR, and COL1A1) after three days of RPM exposure, depletion of ten genes (VEGFA, AKT1, MTOR, RAF1, SRC1, ERK2, TUBB, ACTB, LAMB2, and LCN2) and elevation of five genes (FLK1, COL5A5, CDH1, LAMA3, and FN1) after five days of RPM-exposure. The gene discussed is MTOR; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
