CDKN2A and lung cancer: When lung cancer non-stem cells of the cell line CRL-5889 (squamous LCC) were exposed to s-μg in an incubator 3D RPM (iRPM) in our experiments, we found a significantly increased apoptosis rate, alterations in the arrangement of the cytoskeleton from longitudinal to spherical (Figure 3) and upregulation in the tumor suppressor genes TP53, CDKN2A, PTEN, and RB1, together with an increase in the corresponding gene products p14 and RB1.
