The percentage of classical (CD14+CD16−SLAN−) monocytes was significantly lower in CLL patients (median; IQR), at 85.37 (77.98–90.69%), as compared to the control group (median; IQR), with a percentage of 90.06 (86.69–92.00%) (p < 0.01) (Figure 2A). Here, CD14 is linked to B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
