Similar to other related immune-mediated skin disorders, such as psoriasis, the miRNA17-92a-1 cluster promotes chemokines, such as CXCL9 and CXCL10, in keratinocytes and further T cell chemotaxis by inhibiting the expression of suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 (SOCS1) [37]. Here, CXCL9 is linked to psoriasis.
