According to Lian et al., DUXAP10 positively correlates with cell proliferation pathways, reduces apoptotic rates, enables higher cell migration and invasion rates in vitro (PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cell lines) and also inhibits pancreatic cancer cell tumorigenesis in vivo (xenograft assays using BxPC-3 into BALB/c mice).
