It is worth mentioning that circ-ITCH shows a promoting effect on osteosarcoma by sponging miR-7 [28]; however, in colorectal cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and lung cancer, the biological behavior of circ-ITCH sponging miR-7 mainly inhibits cancer migration, invasion, and proliferation through regulation of the ITCH-Wnt/β-catenin pathway. This evidence concerns the gene ITCH and lung cancer.
