In patients with BRAF mutated primary melanomas, MSS and DMFS were significantly longer in patients showing miR-125b (MSS rate = 94.74% vs. 57.89% p-value = 0.0066 and DMFS rate = 84.71% vs. 50.33%, p-value = 0.0221) and miR-200c (MSS rate = 90.48% vs. 59.32%, p-value = 0.0158 and DMFS rate = 85.45% vs. 46.39%, p-value = 0.0041) expression levels above the median. Here, BRAF is linked to melanoma.
