Using a maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax) of 2.5 as the cut-off level between low and favorable intermediate risk PC vs. unfavorable intermediate and high-risk carcinoma (GS ≤ 7a vs. ≥7b), 18F-PSMA the data showed that prostate lesions occurred in 25% of GS ≤ 7a and in 75% of GS ≥ 7b.
