Sixty-three 18F-PSMA patients had a Gleason score (GS, corresponds to the grading method for defining the tumor aggressiveness of PC) [5,13] of 7 (GS 7 includes GS 7a and GS 7b), whereas 9 patients had a GS ≤ 6, 20 18F-PSMA patients had a GS of 8, and 36 patients a GS > 8. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and pachyonychia congenita.
