SETD2 and enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma: SETD2 (SET-domain-containing 2), a methyltransferase responsible for H3 lysine 36 trimethylation (H3K36me3), is mostly silenced in enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL) [153], as well as monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma (MEITL) [154].
