NES and glioblastoma: Twenty-four hours following rapamycin administration (ranging from 1 nM up to 1000 nM) both nestin and α-syn immuno-fluorescence in GBM cells are suppressed; this is evident already at the dose of 10 nM rapamycin, for both U87MG and A172 GBM cells (Figure 7, Supplementary Figures S1–S4).
