FGFR1 and glioma: Furthermore, individual cases suggest that patients with infratentorial gliomas and a combined H3F3A K27M and BRAF V600E or FGFR1 mutation have a better prognosis [19,42], while patients with tumors of such a localization and a combined H3 K27M and IDH mutation are more likely to be prognostically related to DMG patients [23,42].
