The recent FDA approval of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) targeted agents [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 [9] and [18F]DCFPyl (Pylarify) [10] for evaluation of PC prior to definitive therapy as well as for BCR, afford a more powerful method to identify spread of PC and tailor management. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and pachyonychia congenita.
