RHOA and Hepatic fibrosis: This project investigates the mechanisms involved in the activation of the RhoA-MAPK signaling pathway during Echinococcus multilocularis infection and the subsequent induction of macrophage polarization on hepatic stellate cells activation leading to liver fibrosis, and provides new intervention pathways and drug targets to mitigate or inhibit the development and treatment of liver fibrosis caused by Echinococcus multilocularis infection.
