The above results collectively demonstrated that the combined APS microbubbles with UTMD could effectively reduce hyperglycemia-induced myocardial damages via by activating the up-regulation of AMPK and PPAR-γ signaling pathway, inhibiting the activity of NF-κB in myocardial tissues of DCM rats, thereby improving the damage. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and familial dilated cardiomyopathy.
