Mice with BLM-induced lung fibrosis receiving intratracheal corisin showed a significantly increased BALF total number of lymphocytes and enhanced BALF levels of MUC-1, periostin, osteopontin, and collagen I compared to counterpart mice receiving intratracheal scrambled peptide (Supplementary Fig. 22a–c). The gene discussed is SPP1; the disease is pulmonary fibrosis.
