The univariate analysis indicated that LDH, dNLR, BIPI, PD-L1, ABO blood type, pathological N stage, total lymph node (TLN), PR, Ki67, CK5/6, E-cadherin (E-cad), postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative endocrine therapy, and postoperative targeted therapy were associated with the prognosis of breast cancer patients for DFS; however, the multivariate analysis found that only LDH, BIPI, PD-L1, ABO blood type, PR, E-cad, postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative endocrine therapy, and postoperative targeted therapy were the independent prognostic factors for DFS (Table 5). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and breast carcinoma.
