ERBB2 and neoplasm: Under the most ideal circumstances, a patient with a ROS1 tumor will have less than half (44.3%) of the YLL ameliorated from ROS1 targeted therapies, followed by patients with EGFR mutations that are treated with EGFR inhibitors (34.3%), while patients whose tumors harboring HER2 (6.4%) and NTRK (3.7%) mutations will have an amelioration of approximately or less than 5% of the YLL despite taking all approved targeted therapies for their corresponding mutation.
