The top 30 pathways correlated with therapy-resistant and -reversed lncRNAs are shown in Supplemental Figures 2A and 2B. Interestingly, the expressions of therapy-resistant and -reversed lncRNAs such as SNHG1, GS1-358P8.4 (Supplemental Figure 2A), UBL7-AS1, and RP11-4O1.2 were significantly correlated with the expression of cell-cycle genes in the dataset, suggesting both therapy-resistant and -reversed lncRNAs could play a role in GBM proliferation. This evidence concerns the gene UBL7 and glioblastoma.
