Trim27-KO notably inhibit Akt/GSK3β/mTOR/p70s6k signaling pathway, which indicated by decreased protein expressions of p-Akt, GSK3β, mTOR, and p70s6k in Trim27-KO TAC mice compared to WT TAC mice (P < 0.05, Figure 5(a)). Here, GSK3B is linked to persistent truncus arteriosus.
